If you need just a few courts, the entire facility, or anywhere in-between, we can handle your next event!

1. Fill out our request ( see below)

Fill out and submit all the info listed below in our Rental Document.
2. Let us check availability

GIve us a few days to check availability - other events going on in our building.
3. We will confirm back to you asap

We will confirm the date and time - or offer you alternative options. If we have questions, we will contact you by email or phone.
4. 50% Deposit required to hold date

Once dates are confirmed, we will send out an invoice outlining all the rental info, and requirying a 50% deposit.
5. Full balance is required 2 weeks prior to event.

Our rental system will resend the balance due reminder, as we near your event.
